The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is touching millions of lives... one heart at a time. Since 1954, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful medium of athletics to impact the world for Jesus Christ. FCA is the largest Christian sports organization in America. FCA focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ.

Charlie Warren and Amanda Bass of West Central Florida FCA work with many of Kathleen High School's sports teams and sponsor KHS's Thursday morning Donuts and Devotion.  The Donuts and Devotions mediations are led by KHS JV Football and KHS Baseball Chaplain Jerrod Brooks.  KHS Huddle Sponsor Chad Holmes feels blessed to have the wonderful support of FCA!

Chaplain Jerrod "Jrod" Brooks:

Jerrod has been serving Kathleen High Red Devils as a chaplain since the spring of 2007. Jerrod graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2001 and is the middle school student pastor at the Church at the Mall in Lakeland. He and his wife Amber Elaine tied the knot on August 4, 2007. Jerrod’s passion is to speak truth and encouragement into the lives of students and adults, giving all the honor and glory and praise to Jesus Christ!
